I was walking from the tube station with my bag that only had a handle the other day. After a while, my arm started hurting which led me to think that I need to work on my endurance but on a higher level than when I trained my last endurance phase which was over 6 months ago.

I am currently entering my 3rd week of strength training which I plan to do for a total of 4 weeks. The strength training method I have chosen is to do 5 sets of 5 reps on each exercise. This is the rule for each of my body parts (apart from my abs workout which I have a set routine for).
As consumerism and marketing goes nowadays, ‘low fat’ types of foods are the best way forward. We see them wherever we go in supermarkets, billboard advertisements etc but have we actually thought how manufactures still maintain the taste in the drinks/foods?
