Strength training 5×5

Leg Press 9 plates of 20KG on each side

Leg Press – 9 plates of 20KG  (180Kg) on each side, 360Kg altogether

I am currently entering my 3rd week of strength training which I plan to do for a total of 4 weeks. The strength training method I have chosen is to do 5 sets of 5 reps on each exercise. This is the rule for each of my body parts (apart from my abs workout which I have a set routine for).
